Inferno, mereka adalah sebuah organisasi misterius mengerikan yang selalu menggunakan cara licik untuk mencapai tujuan mereka. Mereka juga memiliki seseorang pembunuh yang hampir tak terkalahkan bernama “Phantom”.

Suatu hari Inferno menangkap seorang turis Jepang, mereka mencuci otaknya, menanamkan ingatan baru dan membuatnya menjadi seorang pembunuh untuk beberapa alasan. Kemudian ia diberi nama baru yaitu “Zwei”.

Dari sinilah Cerita Zwei dimulai dengan kehidupan gelapnya yang baru, membuatnya berada di situasi yang mengancam nyawanya dalam ambang kematian.
